Support the Amos School for #GivingTuesday

Our biggest project of the year

Global Vision Citadelle Ministries began in Haiti nearly 25 years ago. Every day since then, GVCM’s Haitian staff has worked to bring the hope and light of Christ to the darkest parts of Haiti. We became a 501c-3 in 2004, built the children’s home in 2004, started offering medical care in the 2010s, and have partnered with 60 churches and 24 schools by 2024.

Our team – which has grown to 200 Haitian staff members, 4 part-time American staff members, and a board of directors – assesses needs and takes action according to our three pillars: building the Church, impacting communities, and training the children.

Our Haitian team members are beacons of Christ’s light pushing back the lines of darkness in their own communities. They are resilient and faithful. But without your partnership, they could not continue the work.

So, when we think of our team, we also think of you – the people who have demonstrated their faithfulness time and time again. The people who pray, give, and champion projects that are changing lives in Haiti. Together, and only together, do we accomplish our mission to bring the hope and light to the darkest places in Haiti.

So, friends, we invite you to be part of our biggest crowdfunding project of the year. Will you improve conditions for students in Haiti?

This year for Giving Tuesday (December 3), give to improve conditions at the Amos school. The Amos school is one of 24 Christian schools GVCM has a hand in operating. Students living at the children’s home attend school here, along with hundreds of others from the surrounding community. The building needs significant repairs from years of wear and damage from recent storms. We need to act now to make sure that the students there continue to have access to the education that is paving the way for a brighter future.

For the details of the project, please see HERE.

Whether you’re an old friend or brand new, would you consider giving towards these students’ futures today? Giving Tuesday is our favorite time of year, because your gift will be matched by our generous matching partners up to 5 times. There’s truly no better time to give.

Thank you, friends. As we look forward to what the Lord will do, we can’t say better than our Executive Director, Pastor Yves: “The Lord always finds a way to care for His own, and you, my friends have been His hands and feet of love.”
