2020 Vision
"By the year 2020, we will
saturate Haiti with churches."

Haiti is a country suffering from poverty, illiteracy, hatred, killings, and much turmoil. But their greatest need is not money, nor is it material goods ...

Haiti's greatest need ...

Need Jesus

Haiti's has a problem of the heart ... it doesn't matter how much humanitarian aid we give, if the heart does not change, nothing will. The church of Jesus Christ is the only hope for the change that is needed.

Every time we plant or strengthen a church, there is the hope that a prison will be closed or a voodoo temple will be empty as more people will have found the Best Hope for all things ... Jesus Christ.

Tools to Facilitate Church Planting and Growth

Tool Background 2020 Vision Current Status Need
HaitiVision The Citadelle is a national landmark of Haiti. Haitians, especially young people come to the Citadelle because it inspires them. Create a facility near the Citadelle to serve as a base for sharing the Gospel message with travelers, a church building, and training and conference center. 12 acres was purchased, the first octagon was started, a well and septic system has been installed. Need partners to help purchase more land, continue work on the buildings, and supply electricity. More...
ChurchVision Haitian churches and church plants need financial and spiritual support. One church in the U.S. partners with one church in Haiti. Seven churches matched. 28 more churches and future church plants need matches. More...
ChildVision About 53% of Haitian population is illiterate. Teach children to read so they can read the Bible. Looking for Haiti's Moses ... one child at a time. More than 40 schools with about 5,000 children.
Largest: 1,200 children Smallest: 100 children
Need visionary partners (churches, groups, individuals) to sponsor these children and schools. More...
Orphanage Haiti has a large number of orphans, especially in the cities that were destroyed during the hurricanes and floods of Summer 2004. Educate and raise these children in a Christian atmosphere. Haitian and U.S. Christian families adopt these children, making room for more children to hear the Gospel. Two orphanages, one hosts 75 children and the other hosts 35. We provide housing and education for these children. We are currently building a center that will host 200. True Christian families to adopt orphans, and partners to sponsor orphanages. More...
Deaf Ministry With an 80% unemployment rate and average family income of only $338 per year, even "normal" people have it hard. Deaf people can hardly survive. Our school for the deaf will create an appropriate learning environment, share the Gospel, teach the deaf a vocation and help them make a living. 28 deaf children living with Pastor Kenold Chrispin in Mirebalais. Room and board is provided, along with education. Find land to buy and build a secure environment for the deaf. Find a means for them to support themselves as adults. More...
Mobile Medical Clinics 15,000 people for each doctor and most people do not receive any medical care. Use medical activities to teach the people about a stronger Healer, which is Jesus Christ. Two or three medical trips a year. Increase to as many as we can logistically handle. More...
